Finningham Church and Polstead Marquee Wedding

Having lived in the Suffolk village of Finningham for 20 years I was really pleased when Ellie and Josh asked me to photograph their wedding. Ellie grew up literally next door to St Bartholomew’s Church, Finningham and chose to get ready for the wedding in the house that her parents still live in. This made for the shortest ever commute from bridal prep to church!

Josh’s roots are in Polstead which is where the couple chose to have their reception. The weather was perfect for a marquee celebration in the heart of sunny Suffolk! More familiar territory for me, having grown up just a few miles away in Hadleigh.

Their wedding day was filled with so much fun and laughter and everyone had a great time!
